A STRANGER WAS MINE

In a bid to improve my general writing skills i come up with this lovely poem

Maybe i would never meet her again

I don’t know where she is

My eyes are wet as rain

With the sorrow of pain

The dark night seems like my companion

I have nothing left

In this departed path

I had imagined my entire life with her

I say this every time to myself

I have forgotten you

So why then do your memories make me cry?

Your memories follow me everywhere

Your memories still haunt me

Losing my love has left me to complain

If we had to separate

The why did we come together

You must have fallen in love

And lost your love

Oh the pain of separation

I say this every time to my self

I have forgotten you

I separated from you a while

And my path changed

I started losing you

And i felt something going away

My very own was not mine anymore

You pray for me now

You relieve me from those pains

I couldn’t be yours

Those forgotten moment ask

Why we ever happened

There is this huge distance between us

We created this distance

What was meant to happen would?

I guess everything is just fate
